We currently ship within the continental US, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands.
We plan to ship internationally in the future.

Expedited Delivery - $12.00 (2 - 3 business days)

Next Day Delivery - $20.00

Additional shipping surcharges may apply for oversize packages and to addresses in Hawaii and outside the continental U.S. Shipping charges are per address.

We sincerely hope that you will be happy with your Mimi and Maggie product. However, if for any reason you are not pleased with the product you have received, we will gladly accept unworn merchandise with original tags attached for return or exchange, for any reason, within 60 days of original purchase. Refunds will be made in the form of original payment. Items received as a gift can be exchanged only and must be accompanied by a gift receipt.

Quality has always been our #1 priority. Although products are always thoroughly checked before leaving our warehouse, sometimes a defect may inadvertently slip through. Shipping charges will be waived on anything that is our mistake.

Returning merchandise

To return an item:

  1. Please login to your account and go to your “History and details of my orders” section.
  2. Find your order on the list and click on “details.”
  3. Scroll towards the bottom and click on the boxes of the item(s) you want to return.
  4. Enter an explanation in the comment box and click “Make an RMA Slip.” We would greatly appreciate it if you would briefly explain the nature of your return(s). This will allow us to improve our service to you.
  5. If everything was entered correctly, an RMA record should be generated. This notifies us of your request.
  6. We will review your request and if approved, we will send you an e-mail to proceed and send us your package. A return slip pdf will also be ready to download under the RMA record in your account.
  7. Please include a copy of the return slip pdf and send your package by any trackable method to:

  8. Once your package is received your refund will be credited back to the original method of payment used to make the purchase. We are not responsible for return shipping costs or lost returns. Please allow 2-3 weeks for your return to be received and processed. An email will be promptly sent when the merchandise is received and processed.
